Step 1: Register an account

Please register and create an online account by following the 'REGISTER' link at the top right of the site.

Step 2: Place your order

Once you have registered an account, follow the shopping cart steps through to final payment section.

We may contact you if we need to confirm or update you on any of the following details of your order:

• Availability of your selected products(s)
• Pricing
• Lead times

Step 3: Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 nationwide. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person.

• You may receive tracking information by email once your item is in transit.
• Goods lost or damaged in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.
